The housekeeping team exceeded expectations with their cleanliness, making our stay feel more comfortable. My colleagues and I indulged in the free Express Start Breakfast, which kicked off our hectic days perfectly. The furniture felt like it was stuck in another era, desperately needing an update, which was disappointing given the rates we paid. While the hotel shines in service and location, it would greatly benefit from a decor refresh to match the quality of the hospitality.
